Cindy spent 30 years in charge of operations for the French Sofitel Hotels in North America. She also supervised many renovation projects and was instrumental in the conception of new Sofitells. Since then, she has worked for discriminating clients in London, New York, Los Angeles and Miami, designing new projects or renovating existing ones.
